Refund policy: 4-6 weeks from the event – $150 refund; Less than 4 weeks to the event – $0 refund; At any time, you can transfer your registration to another person. We recommend travel insurance to cover the registration fee and any travel costs (e.g., hotels) if anything should happen prior to the trip that would prevent you from attending and is under the events covered by the travel insurance policy. Travel insurance will also help cover medical expenses, bike damage, and other expenses should anything happen during the trip.

In exchange for participation in the activity of the Baja Vintage Expedition, Vintage 1000, or Vintage 500 (the "Activity") organized by Speed Deluxe, LLC of Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37407 and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of Speed Deluxe, LLC, I ("Participant" or "I") enter into the following agreement (the "Agreement") with Speed Deluxe, LLC: 1. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Speed Deluxe, LLC or the employees, representatives, or agents of Speed Deluxe, LLC. 2. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity, INCLUDING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY HARM, DEATH, and DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY. I assume full responsibility for these risks. I agree, on behalf of myself and my personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns, to RELEASE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Speed Deluxe, LLC and its employees, directors, officers, principals, agents, partners, shareholders, representatives, members, vendors and subcontractors for any claim, judgment, injury, loss, expense or damage arising out of my participation, use of the facilities, or presence during the Activity, whether caused by the fault of myself, Speed Deluxe, LLC, or other third parties, including acts of ordinary negligence. This also applies to the condition of any vehicle that I will be operating or occupying; I assume full responsibility for vehicle condition, operation, and the ability of the vehicle(s) to complete the Activity in a safe manner. 3. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and defend Speed Deluxe, LLC against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my use of the facilities or presence at the Activity. 4. FEES. I agree to pay for all damages to the property or facilities of the Activity or Speed Deluxe, LLC caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me. 5. APPLICABLE LAW. This Agreement and any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the Activity shall be resolved under Tennessee law. 6. NO DURESS. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign this Agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review this Agreement if I so desire. I further agree and acknowledge that Speed Deluxe, LLC has offered to refund any fees I have paid for the event if I choose not to sign this Agreement. 7. ARM'S LENGTH AGREEMENT. This Agreement and each of its terms are the product of an arms' length negotiation between the Participant and Speed Deluxe LLC. In the event any ambiguity is found to exist in the interpretation of this Agreement, or any of its provisions, Participant and Speed Deluxe, LLC, and each of them, explicitly reject the application of any legal or equitable rule of interpretation which would lead to a construction either "for" or "against" a particular party based upon their status as the drafter of a specific term, language, or provision giving rise to such ambiguity. 8. ENFORCEABILITY. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether standing alone or as applied to a particular occurrence or circumstance, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement or of any other applications of such provision, as the case may be, and such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this Agreement. 9. ARBITRATION. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. 10. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE. I grant Speed Deluxe, LLC permission to use my likeness in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to, all of Speed Deluxe, LLC's printed and digital publications, social media accounts, and website. I understand that I will receive no financial compensation. 11. MAPS AND ROUTE: I acknowledge and agree that all maps, data, and related materials provided by Speed Deluxe, LLC, as part of this Activity are the exclusive intellectual property of Speed Deluxe, LLC. I further agree not to reproduce, distribute, or utilize any portion of these materials without the express written consent of Speed Deluxe, LLC. *
